Prize Awarding and Tax Information

The prize cannot be transferred or substituted and must be accepted as awarded. The winner is responsible for any taxes payable on the prize. The winner agrees to provide any necessary documents to meet the requests of verification from tax authorities. The winner also agrees to provide any necessary personal data for Corel to deal with matters of winning and prize-delivering.
Winners will be notified by email individually. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner at the sole discretion of Corel. Please allow 8-10 weeks for prize delivery.
The Corel software provided in all the prizes is the Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) version, which requires an Internet connection for download and activation.
Corel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if the prize listed is no longer available.
