| How to Qualify |
| |

A minimum initial purchase is required at the time the contract is signed. The initial order can be a mix of new, upgrade, Maintenance, products, training, consulting and support services.

| Term |

Under CCL, you're required to sign a one- (1) year agreement. If the agreement is not renewed, it expires one year after the Effective Date.
