Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia, excluding wholesalers, retailers and other businesses selling any Corel software or services, employees and families of Corel Pty Ltd, Corel's agents, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion.
2. Customers can claim a cashback when they purchase a Full Version boxed product of the software titles listed above. Purchases must be made between 1st July, 2009 and 30th September, 2009. Only one (1) application form per person will be accepted. Applications must be received by Corel no later than midnight EST, October 9th, 2009.
3. This offer excludes purchases of Corel Academic versions, Licenses, trial versions,
OEM versions and Not-
4. Payment will only take place when the customer has supplied to the address set
out in Section 12 of these Terms and Conditions the completed application form, barcode
and Proof-
5. The customer will receive payment within 60 days or receipt of their application.
6. The cashback will not be granted to any customer who:
a) has not purchased a full retail Corel product within the promotional period set out in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions;
b) has not completed the application form;
c) has not supplied the barcode from their Corel product box set forth in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions;
d) has not supplied the copy of the sales receipt set forth in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions;
e) has not submitted their application before midnight EST, October 9th, 2009
7. Customers must purchase Corel product from either the Corel estore or an authorised reseller (any Corel reseller who trades with an authorised Corel distributor in Australia).
8. The cashback will only be paid upon the customer's compliance of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the application process, customers confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Cashback applications become and remain the property of Corel upon receipt and are held at its risk only whilst Corel retains such applications. Proofs of purchase cannot be returned.
10. Corel accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged or misdirected applications, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Corel or its agents. Corel is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other, failures or damage of any kind.
11. Corel reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this promotion without prior notice.
