How do I add, remove, or adjust quantities in my shopping cart?

To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add To Cart button on the product page. The product will remain in your shopping cart until you check out or remove it. If you wish to order more than one copy, type the number you want into the quantity field and click Update. If you wish to remove one product from your shopping cart, click the trash can icon beside the product. To remove all products, click the Clear Cart link.

How do I check my order status?

If you placed your order over the phone through Corel Customer Support Services or on-line from the Corel eStore, there are several ways you can determine the status of your order.

Before you begin, please have your Order Number available. Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you placed your order by phone, you would have received this number from your customer service representative.

Customers within North America:

To check your order online, click here.

To check your order by phone, call Corel's Customer Support Services at 1-800-772-6735 and select the third option, 'All Other Inquiries'. Option 4 will allow you to track your order using your touchtone keypad.

If your order is being shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. If your shipped order cannot be traced with the tracking number, please contact the Customer Service Department in your area.

Customers outside North America:

Does the price include GST?

If the total order value is over AUD1000 or NZD399, the customer will need to pay Tax (GST) and clearing fees (where applicable) to local Customs.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Customs, duty and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by Corel, and Core does not have control of these fees.
